Return Policy

No refund. No exceptions. No cancellations. Store credit only.  Garments are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery

All discounted items are marked Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Customer are responsible for return shipping.

No changes are made once the order is placed.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and not damaged (includes makeup and deodorant)

Original tags MUST BE attached.

Accessories are final.

Return Process

An email will be sent once your returned package is delivered back to Sharday Latray / Volume Accessories. Please note, all returns take 3-10 business day for processing. Once processed a credit and email conformation will be sent to the customer.
